As first-time buyers, my wife and I didn't have a clue about the process. This was before we met Guillermo De Jesus.

On meeting him the first time, he explained every single step with a professional demeanor and simplicity, making us feel that it didn’t have to be a complicated process, since it was about being patient and finding the house of our dreams.

Guillermo De Jesus was truly exceptional, it was not difficult for us to work with him due to their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy to make a potentially chaotic purchase into a simple process.

He was ALWAYS available for house tours (especially on weekends). His responsiveness was incredible. Once we found the right place, he became a fierce strategist and got us the place in less than a week, making sure all inspections were in place, communicating with the seller's agent, and keeping us informed daily.

Even during the closing process, he was attentive to all the details to make sure the purchase was successful.

To summarize, Guillermo De Jesus made us feel like friends. It was a pleasure working with him. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than him and their entire team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes.
